I found my way into body positivity, eating disorder recovery, intuitive eating, body acceptance and intersectional feminism through many fantastic podcasts and blogs. (I didn’t invent this stuff, y’all!) I’ve linked to the main podcasts that helped me personally while also providing a framework to learn and grow away from diet culture into a Health at Every Size and anti-diet advocate.
- Food Psych with Christy Harrison
- Life. Unrestricted. with Merit Boxler
- The Reclaiming You Podcast with Sarah Vance
- Love, Food with Julie Duffy Dillon
- Finding Body Freedom with Caitlin Croteau

From these fantastic podcasts, I was introduced to LOADS of books, blogs, websites, and social media accounts of people who have continued to inform my views and beliefs. Here are a few other fellow feminist and anti-diet warriors I have learned from or befriended along the way. (I’ve repeated a few from above to link to their websites.
